1.Use inferior ribbon or ribbon expired, please reinstall better performance ribbon;

2. The use of poor quality label paper greatly reduces the transfer capacity of the ribbon, please replace the better performance label paper test;

3. The temperature setting is low, the carbon layer of the ribbon cannot be completely transferred, please increase the temperature and reset it;

4. The printing head is dirty or its installation position is incorrect, please clean with alcohol and cotton balls or adjust the installation position of the printing head appropriately.

5. If the carbon tape on the printed label does not match, use the matching carbon tape.
