On November 19, 2016, POMA people gathered together in Shanghai to participate in a “High Five” internal training session.
This “High Five” elite special training camp lasted for two days. It was mainly classroom communication on the first day and the trainer shared with everyone the nine concepts and leverage management of an excellent team. Exciting contents had made every employee experience another baptism of life and warm applauses were successively resounding on the scene. The straightaway language and humorous teaching method of Teacher Wu Sitong had received unanimous praise from everyone.
The training content was an experiential practice on the second day, which was mainly to apply the methods and concepts learned on the first day into a training session. Through the game PK, trainees gradually understood what a team and a leader should be in the process of success and failure, while listening to Teacher Wu's narration and analysis.
As long as the team could grow, the enterprise would definitely have a bright future; the speed of team growth determined that of enterprise growth; the quality and ability of a team determined the operating scale and efficiency of an enterprise.
A leader must focus on the growth and suffering of team members, strive to solve difficulties within the team and take responsibility for the growth of the team.
“It was not impossible, but you hadn't found a way yet.” Suffering setbacks, finding methods, making progress and correcting your own attitude again and again, you could do your job well.
Finally, the “High Five” elite special training camp came to a successful conclusion with the song of True Heroes. In only two days of training, we truly felt the transformation in POMA people. From the group of people who were originally sitting under the stage and listening to lectures silently to the group of people who worked hard and were "passionate" towards their goals, it was an explosion of energy, from which they had regained the original confidence.
This is an endearing team, a team that can embrace success. Wish POMA people a bright future and good luck!
